A Flood Watch continues for Vermont through Sunday afternoon. An additional one to three inches of rain is possible, adding to the already soggy conditions. Rain will become steady overnight Friday and continue with periods of rain on Saturday. Temperatures will hold steady in the mid 40s.
There will even be some snow in the mountains, above 2500 feet, on Saturday night/Sunday morning! Several inches of snow could accumulate in places like Jay Peak and Burke Mountain.
We will salvage the 3rd day of the 3-day weekend with a return to sunshine and warmer temperatures for Memorial Day on Monday.
