Burlington, Vermont - April 14, 2009
Vermont's Human Services agency has largely recovered from a virus that paralyzed it's computers.
Human Services is a huge government agency made up of many departments, including Health and Corrections. A virus infected its computers Friday, slowing them down and shutting off anti-virus software. State officials now say it appears no personal information was lost or accessed. The servers should be working by the end of business Wednesday.
