A prison employee from Ogdensburg, New York faces criminal charges for having sex with an inmate.
33-year-old Rachael Patterson worked at the Gouverneur Correctional Facility in Canton when she allegedly had sex with an inmate.
Another female worker at the prison was just sentenced to 60-days in jail for third degree rape.
Prosecutors say she engaged in sex acts with several inmates.
