Champlain, New York - July 6, 2009

A grand jury has indicted a couple from Champlain, N.Y., on charges they assaulted their infant son.

Shaun Foster, 25, and Elizabeth Fair, 22, face more than a dozen charges.

Police say Foster broke and dislocated his 1-year-old son's arm by pulling on it. The baby boy is still recovering. Foster is charged with assault, reckless endangerment and perjury for reportedly lying to a grand jury about the incident.

Fair is charged with reckless endangerment.
