OXFORD, ME - Several Thunder Road and American Canadian Tour late model drivers are in Maine this weekend, fighting for a spot in the 36th Annual TD Banknorth 250. The race at Oxford Plains Speedway is one of the most important short-track events in the country. Former winners include NASCAR drivers Kevin Harvick, Kevin Lepage and Ricky Craven.
WCAX caught up with two drivers trying to win the prestigious event, John Donahue and Brent Dragon. We also chatted with Justin St. Louis, editor of Vermont Motorsports Magazine about the importance of this race.
