A home in Barre Town went up in flames early Thursday morning.
Five departments responded to the blaze on Spring Hollow Lane but were unable to save the house.
Four people sleeping inside made it out safely. A fifth person was in a camper next to the house. It too was destroyed, but that person also escaped unharmed.
Fire officials say the blaze began in the laundry room in the basement. The cause is under investigation however they say it is not considered suspicious.
