A family who was injured in a car crash Monday is recovering.
38-year-old Patricia Blair is hospitalized with multiple injuries. She lost her unborn twins in the crash on Route 7 in Bennington. Her husband is also hospitalized. Their two young children were not badly hurt.
The second car involved driven by 22 year old Kelly Cook. Police say Cook crossed the center line -- hitting Patricia Blair's minivan.
Police say Cook was under the influence of drugs. But prosecutors say Cook cannot be charged with homicide for the death of the unborn babies.
