LISBON, N.H. (AP) - Two teenage boys were hurt when the dirt bikes they were riding collided in Lisbon, N.H.
The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department says 16-year-old Brendan Towle-Wright and 17-year-old Eric English, both of Littleton, had reportedly been riding for a short time Monday night in a gravel pit when they collided on the entrance road.
Wheeled vehicle use is not permitted in the pit, which is privately owned.
Both teens, who were wearing helmets at the time of the incident, were taken to Littleton Regional Hospital.Towle-Wright was treated and released. English was taken to Dartmouth Medical Center in Hanover, where he was being treated for serious injuries.
