Police say a Vermont man who thought he was chatting online with a 13-year-old girl, was actually interacting with an undercover cop from South Burlington. Authorities say 37-year-old Todd Hotaling of Monkton tried to lure the minor and sent indecent materials over the internet. The Vermont Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted a lengthy investigation before Hotaling's arrest Tuesday. He'll be arraigned on Thursday.
