A former Norwich University student could spend the same number of days in jail as the man she framed.
23-year-old Kellye Stephens pleaded no contest to lying to police.
She claimed she received threatening emails from Rick Anderson, a man she had dated briefly. Police arrested Anderson and he spent 92 days in jail before police discovered the e-mails were phony.
Now Washington County State's Attorney Tom Kelly says he'll ask the judge to sentence Stephens to 92 days in prison for her crime.
