Nearly 70 workers in Middlebury will lose their jobs in November.
Monahan Filaments will close its Middlebury plant because of a decline in business, growing competition and rising operating costs.
Monahan makes bristles for brushes, brooms and other products. The company had already laid off 54 workers in April.
