N.H. Plane Crash Pilot ID'd

Littleton, New Hampshire - September 22, 2009

Authorities have identified the pilot involved in a plane crash Monday in Littleton, N.H.

Police say James Burris, 40, of Franconia, was attempting to land his Cessna plane on Partridge Lake when a wing dipped into the water, causing the aircraft to flip over. Burris was not hurt and swam to shore.

The FAA is investigating the crash.
