ITHACA, N.Y. (AP) - For the fourth year in a row, Cornell University was picked by Working Mother magazine as 1 of the 100 best U.S. employers for working moms.
The university says the designation recognizes Cornell's family-friendly employment policies, such as parental leave, family-care days, flextime, on-site child care and financial support for child care.
Cornell also gets good marks as an employer of older workers. AARP named it as the top U.S. employer for workers aged 50 and older.
