Rutland, Vermont - October 3, 2009

A Rutland man has been arrested and police are calling him a drive-by shooter.

They say Carlos Castillo-Vasquez shot at a woman's home in the Forest Park housing development Tuesday night as she and her 6-year-old daughter were inside. No one was injured but police do expect to make more arrests. Castillo-Vasquez is due in court Monday.
