More charges against a Newport man in connection with a fatal hit-and-run car accident in August.
19-year-old Michael Lucier was already charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash. Now prosecutors have added to felony drunk driving charges.
Police say Lucier struck two young women as they walked along North Jay Road in North Troy in August. 21-year-old Bethany McAlister of Hyde Park was killed.
Police say Lucier kept going but later crashed his truck in Richford.
