Fairfax, Vermont - October 20, 2009

Vermont State Police say burglars hit five vehicles parked in Fairfax early Tuesday morning. The break-ins took place between 3 and 5 a.m. Police say the suspects broke windows to get into two of the cars. The stolen loot includes GPS units, hunting bows, a camera, a DVD player, a purse and lots of change.

A witness described the suspect vehicle as a late 1990s or early 2000s Honda or Toyota sedan that was metallic gold or silver.

Anyone with information in the break-ins or who sees suspicious activity should contact Vermont State Police in St. Albans at 802-524-5993.
