Bolaski Pleads Not Guilty to Manslaughter

White River Junction, Vermont - October 20, 2009

A Springfield man has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter.

Kyle Bolaski, 25, shot and killed Vincent Tamburello, 32, last August. Bolaski told police Tamburello was chasing him with an axe.

Bolaski was originally charged with murder but a grand jury ruled the shooting was self-defense so prosecutors decided to charge him with manslaughter.
