A large redevelopment project has been proposed in downtown White River Junction.
The $30 million "Prospect Place" project would rehab the old industrial park on Route 4 along the Connecticut River.
The project would be broken into six five-story buildings and would include 60 units of affordable housing, retail and office space.
If approved, construction could begin as early as next summer and the first buildings may open in two years.
