Waterbury, Vermont - October 22, 2009

A trick-or-treating travel alert in Waterbury: Next Saturday-- Halloween night-- Randall Street will be closed to through traffic from 5 - 8 p.m. About 600 kids usually trick or treat on Randall Street, but this year the area is under construction. So no cars-- but trick-or-treaters will still be allowed.
