The Vermont International Film Festival is underway. This is the 20th year of the festival and for the first time it will honor a "person of the year." And the winner is-- actor Luis Guzman.
Guzman lives in Sutton, Vt. But he's known throughout the film world as a top character actor. Guzman has appeared in dozens of movies.
The film festival is screening one of his more recent films-- "Maldeamores"-- and Guzman will be on hand to answer questions from the audience. It's Saturday at 6:45 p.m. at the Palace 9 Cinema in South Burlington.
