Dartmouth President Considers Job Cuts

Lebanon, New Hampshire - October 27, 2009

Dartmouth College faculty and staff face possible job cuts.

President Jim Yong-Kim says a big drop in the school's endowment means a $50 million dollar shortfall for the budget.

The new President says that faculty jobs and financial aid cuts are being considered among other ideas.

Former Dartmouth President James Wright had said faculty and aid were not on the table when he handled budget cuts earlier this year.
