Caves in Bridgewater and Stockbridge are getting some new bats.
Scientists trying to figure out how to stop white nose syndrome plan to reintroduce healthy brown bats to caves that have been decimated by the disease.
White nose syndrome has killed more than a half-a-million hibernating bats in the Northeast.
Biologists hope that 79 healthy bats can repopulate the caves.
