State Police have identified the man in surveillance video near an attempted abduction attempt.
Police say they are still looking for the man that followed a 16-year-old girl around a store Sunday evening around 5:30 in a shopping center parking lot in Bradford, and then tried to drag her toward his vehicle in the parking lot.
He let her go when someone in another car started honking their horn to scare him off.
Last night police released a photo of the man they wanted to question in the case. He was located and authorities say he is being cooperative in the investigation.
Police hope to speak with anyone with information, especially the person who honked their car horn.
