CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A Massachusetts man has pleaded guilty to robbing a Rite Aid store in New Hampshire.
Twenty-7-year-old Joseph Gordinas of Boston pleaded guilty in federal court Friday to taking a bunch of pills from a locked cabinet at the store in Ossipee on May 16. He's scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 12, 2010.
Mark Savio pleaded guilty last month to aiding and abetting the burglary. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Dec. 1. Savio's brother, Joseph Savio, is scheduled for trial on Dec. 8.
