Danby, Vermont - November 1, 2009

A Danby man faces numerous charges after he was allegedly driving drunk with two kids in the car.

It happened early Saturday morning on Danby Hill Road. Police say 38-year-old Larry Morris crashed his car into a telephone pole and then fled the scene, leaving his six and ten-year-old daughters in the car. They were not injured.

Police later arrested Morris at his home.
