Plattsburgh, New York - November 8, 2009

Two friends from the Plattsburgh area face drunk driving charges.

He called 21-year-old Hailey Montemorano of Plattsburgh to pick him up. But on her way, she nearly hit an off duty sheriff's deputy. She was also arrested for drunk driving, and officials say she actually had a higher blood alcohol level then her friend who she was going to pick up at the police station.

Police stopped 21-year old Tyler Blake of West Chazy after running a red light early Sunday morning.
