FairPoint executives will face another grilling this week from lawmakers in Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Lawmakers are looking for more information on each state's regulation, long-term stability of the network and rural access to broadband. Another topic up for discussion is FairPoint's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing last month. At Thursday's hearing lawmakers want to learn more about the possible impact the filing will have and whether legislative action is needed to ensure FairPoint's continued reliability. WCAX News
