A Dorset man was killed in a car crash while he was reportedly chasing another vehicle.
Police say 46-year old Joseph Ferrante was killed this morning in Rupert when he missed a curve on Route 315, and slammed into a tree stump and metal fence.
His 5-year old passenger suffered minor injuries.
State Police received several reports that Ferrante was chasing a small red vehicle just prior to the crash.
