Vermont State Police say they've made two arrests in connection with a number of burglaries around Windham County. Westminster has seen a rash of thefts, burglaries and attempted burglaries since August. Now police say they've arrested 18-year-olds Cody Ritchie of Westminster and Robert Lawrence of Bellows Falls. The two are due in court tomorrow to face numerous charges. The investigation is ongoing. WCAX News
