A Rutland County man is dead following an ATV accident.
It happened in the town of Poultney last night. Police say 53-year-old Edward Kasuba was riding on High Road with a young girl when they lost control and crashed into an embankment.
Kasuba died at the scene. The girl was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say neither Kasuba nor his passenger were wearing helmets.
