Cavendish, Vermont - November 24, 2009

A Cavendish man is due in court today on his fifth DUI charge.

Vermont State Police say 29-year-old Randolph Benson was arrested shortly after 6 p.m. Monday evening on Knapp Pond Road in Cavendish.

He's not only is he charged with the DUI but also violation of conditions of release and driving with a suspended license. The charges stem from a police investigation.

He's currently being held for lack of bail.
