More problems for Shelburne project

Shelburne, Vermont - February 23, 2010

The developer of Shelburnewood says even though the housing project has won approval it probably won't go forward.

The residential development near Shelburne Village is slated to have 265 units. The Shelburne Development Review Board OK'd it last week. But now Green Mountain Development Group says a condition that a second entrance be added to address traffic could kill the project.

The development will probably be up for discussion again at the Board's March 3 meeting.
