A man accused of killing a New Hampshire family 21 years ago is coming back to face murder charges.
David McLeod, 53, was arrested in California last week; 20 years after police say he set a deadly arson fire in Keene, N.H. McLeod appeared in court in Sacramento Thursday and waived extradition.
Four members of the Hina family, including two young girls, were killed in the 1989 blaze.
Authorities have not said when McLeod will actually be back in New Hampshire to face charges.
