KEENE, N.H. (AP) - A grand jury has indicted a California man in the 1989 deaths of four family members in a New Hampshire apartment house fire.
David McLeod, 53, of West Sacramento, Calif., was indicted this week by a grand jury in Cheshire County Superior Court in Keene on four counts of second-degree murder.
McLeod was arrested June 30 and charged in the deaths of Carl Hina, his wife, Lori, 12-year-old daughter Sara and 4-month-old daughter Lillian.
