Pat O'Hagan
Sheffield, Vermont - September 19, 2010
The search continued all weekend for a grandmother in Sheffield who police say was abducted from her home and they are asking the public for leads.
Police say 78-year-old Pat O'Hagan was kidnapped from her home on Route 122 last Friday. On Saturday ATV clubs from across the state scoured the mountainous terrain around Sheffield and Wheelock looking for evidence that may help police crack the case. More than 100 ATVs participated in the search.
"We have access to trails, we can go way back off the trails, we can go way back off the mountains in case somebody has done something with her up there or whatever," said Keith Smith of Sheffield.
On Sunday Police appealed to the public for clues. They want to see any pictures or video from the Sheffield Field Days, taken on Labor Day. That was Monday, September 6th -- four days before O'Hagan went missing. If you took pictures on that day, please contact the state police.
