Barre, Vermont - October 1, 2010

One of the Barre teens charged with setting a fire in her hometown denied charges in court on Thursday.

Jessica Delary, 16, entered a not guilty plea on second-degree arson, felony burglary and unlawful mischief charges for the fire that destroyed the old Key Bank building on Memorial Day.

Nathan Witham, 17, is also charged in the case. He's due in court later this month.

Delary, Witham and five other people are charged in connection with a crime spree in Barre City. Investigators say the group broke into buildings and vehicles stealing thousands of dollars worth of goods and food.

Zachary Lord, Tyler Newton, and Jennifer Tillotson all have court dates today in connection with that crime spree.
