A new Vermont movie is being released Friday. It's called "Invisible" and it's about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The CDC estimates about 1 million Americans suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome but the disease remains a mystery to many.
Director/Producer Rik Carlson, the man who made this movie, also suffers from Chronic Disease Syndrome.
Asked how you know if you have it, he responded, "Oh you know, it's way beyond just being tired." But Carlson said, "I'm not here to whine. I'm not here to talk about my personal illness."
"The purpose of this film is to share these testimonies with family members," he explained,"It's for spouses and brothers, and sisters, neighbors, and aunts, uncles, and employers, and physicians."
