Just in time for the holidays, we look at a company that offers fair trade gifts and eco-friendly gifts. Evan Goldsmith of Hope for Women joined The :30 to talk about how his business provides a market for the handmade products of disadvantaged women around the world.
The business started in the Himalayan mountains of India with greeting cards and has grown to other countries and products.
Goldsmith talks about their fair trade products and what it means for the consumer and for the artisans who've made them.
