America is in the grips of a childhood obesity epidemic. But a child's sweet tooth isn't all to blame.
Dr. Barbara Frankowski is a pediatrics professor at the University of Vermont. She's also the health officer for Burlington schools.
"I think it's a combination of what your taking in and then how much energy you're putting out," said Frankowski.
She lay blame on foods having changed; fast foods, sugar-sweetened drinks, and the fact that kids have become sedentary.
