Is Vermont's future energy picture flawed?

Burlington, Vermont – March 30, 2011

Vermont is known as a green state, but some say the state is not living up to that green image when it comes to the state's renewable energy plan.

Kevin Jones is the Smart Grid Project Leader for the Institute for Energy and the Environment at Vermont Law School. He voiced some reservations about the state's energy plans for the future. For more, watch the video from The :30.
