Writer/Producer - WCAX-TV is seeking a part-time Writer/Producer for its Creative Services department. We're looking for a quick, versatile team player with a working knowledge of shooting, editing and graphic design. Hands-on experience in a professional production environment required. Great interpersonal skills and experience working with clients are essential. Meteorologist - WCAX-TV is looking for a part-time meteorologist to forecast and provide local cut-ins to CBS Saturday and Sunday Morning News, and provide weather updates for our secondary channel. Responsibilities include creating TV weather graphics, delivering on-air map discussion and forecast, updating weather web page, and updating the weather phone. Familiarity with WSI computer system a plus. Must be available for occasional fill-in for 5 a.m., noon, 6, 10 and 11 p.m. newscasts during the week. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of New England and New York weather.
