A pair of Vermont men were rescued Thursday morning after getting lost while hiking.
38-year-old Jesus Mancinas and 19-year-old Seth Hubbard, both of the Rutland area, were hiking on the Appalachian Trail on Wednesday. They became lost in the Mendon area and used a cell phone to call for help.
Rescuers used GPS to narrow the search and tracked the men to a seasonal residence in Shrewsbury Thursday morning.
Police say both men were safe and uninjured.
