Michael Jacques, 42, is the uncle of Brooke Bennett, a missing 12-year-old from Braintree. Police say Jacques is a "person of interest" in her disappearance.
Monday, Jacques was charged with aggravated sexual assault against a different young girl-- another relative. Police say they turned up evidence of a sex crime while looking for Bennett.
