New Hampshire Governor John Lynch will be inaugurated to a third term today.
His main focus will be addressing nearly $100 million in cuts to the state's budget.
His first step toward that, the Governor has cancelled both inaugural balls that usually are held in Manchester and the North Country. He says partying doesn't seem like the right thing to do given the state of the economy.
