Burlington, Vermont - January 15, 2009
One of America's most popular superheroes is headed to Tuesday's presidential inauguration.
The current issue of the Spiderman comic book has journalist Peter Parker reporting from the inauguration, but when a villain shows up the hero dons his alter-ego's red getup to save the day. As thanks, Spiderman gets a fist pound from President-elect Barack Obama.
A Burlington comics seller says all their copies sold out on Wednesday, shortly after they hit the shelves, and that many of the buyers picked them up for Obama, not Spidey.
