Twardus Pleads Not Guilty to Murder

Stewartstown, New Hampshire - January 22, 2009

A New Hampshire man accused of a North Country murder pleaded not guilty Thursday morning.

Jason Twardus, 27, is accused of killing his former fiancée Kelly Gorham two years ago. Her body was found in a shallow grave in Stewartstown on property owned by Twardus' father.

Authorities have not released the cause of death or a possible motive.
