Gregory Floyd of Easton, N.H.,-- who shot a cop killer two years ago-- was sent to prison Friday on a separate charge of threatening a neighbor.
Floyd had another confrontation in court some months ago when he was convicted on that charge of threatening one of his neighbors. He objected to his treatment and began shouting at court officers and troopers who hustled him away.
Friday-- a repeat. As he was being sentenced for the threatening, he told the court the judge was exceeding his authority and then made an obscene gesture at him. As he left the court, officers subdued him and Floyd could be heard screaming and fighting.
Floyd is the man who shot Liko Kenney after Kenney shot Franconia Police Corporal Bruce McKay in 2007. Floyd was cleared of any wrongdoing in that incident.
