Havelock, Quebec - October 2, 2007
After months of searching, Canadian authorities have located the car driven by a man charged with a murder in northern New York.
Glen Race is charged with murdering Darcy Manor last spring in Mooers. Prior to Manor's slaying, Race had allegedly killed two men in Nova Scotia. Police say he stole a black Honda Civic belonging to one of the victims and drove it to the Canadian, New York border where he ditched it.
The car was found Monday night in a wooded area off Route 202 in Havelock, about 13 miles north of Mooers, New York.
Meanwhile, Race won his request for a new lawyer saying he had poor communication with his old one.
