Easton, New Hampshire - January 21, 2008
There will be extra security when a New Hampshire man goes to trial.
Gregory Floyd, of Easton, witnessed the killing of Franconia police officer Bruce McKay last spring. He grabbed McKay's gun and shot and killed the suspect. The Attorney General's office said Floyd's actions were justified.
Well now Floyd is charged with threatening his neighbor with a gun. The case is set to go to trial in March.
Authorities plan to have extra security because of threats Floyd made at a hearing after his arrest. Floyd boasted that he had already proven he could kill someone, and would get violent again if his rights were violated.
