New federal charges have been filed against a former Bradford teacher for producing child pornography.
52-year-old Richard Foster is accused of having sexual contact with students in his home in Bradford. Police say that a raid on Foster's home turned up large amounts of media and digital evidence. Police also say that he did not abuse kids in school.
Foster was already facing a number of state charges. Now, a federal grand jury has indicted him for nine counts of producing child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. Foster is in prison awaiting trial. If convicted, he faces a maximum term of 30 years in prison for each count and a fine of up to $250,000.
